This holiday season, give a year’s worth of membership in Seaglass Village! Depending on the membership level you select, you will be helping your recipient age safely and independently at home and also stay active and connected.

Single Membership, only $270 per year (regularly $360)
Household Membership, only $405 per year (regularly $540)
Eligible for all direct services • Can participate in all social activities • Receives access to list of recommended service providers

Social & Supporting Membership, only $90 per year (regularly $120)
Can participate in all social activities • Receives access to list of recommended service providers  

Memberships will be discounted 25% for the recipient and also for you (when your membership renews). Your recipient must be a resident of Marblehead,  Nahant, or Swampscott. Offer expires January 31, 2024. 

To purchase one or more gift memberships: 

• Contact the Seaglass Village office by email or phone (781-718-0401) or
• Download the gift membership form and mail it with your check, or drop it by during office hours
• Collect a beautifully wrapped gift package for your recipient
